Since the adoption of planning and zoning in Camden County on June 1, 2004, we have successfully represented both homeowners concerned about the impact of development on their properties and developers seeking to obtain approval for their planned developments from the Planning and Zoning Commission or the Board of Adjustment. We have successfully prevented zoning change requests that would have harmed the value of surrounding properties.
